Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act, 1956–Sec. 10–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 68–Adoption deed was the registered document and it’s execution was not denied by the plaintiff–There was no requirement of production of any attesting witness for proving the adoption deed.
