Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 323 & 341–Arms Act, 1959–Sec. 4/25–Conviction–Ample evidence to show that the appellant was having a flickknife and he caused the repeated blows on the stomach of deceased–When the injured K tried to intervene to save the deceased, he inflicted four injuries on his person–Evidence of eye-witnesses is fully corroborated with the medical evidence–Minor contradictions have no effect–No case is made out for interference.
