Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 307–Legal aspects for framing of charge–Grievous hurt on the vital part of body and opinion of the doctor that the injury was sufficient for causing death are not necessary from framing the charge–Intention to cause death is relevant and it can be gathered from the number of
injuries, nature of the weapon, the part of body chosen by the accused of causing injuries, other circumstances in which the offence was committed, and the relationship between the accused and injured.
