Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 62–Matter of encroachment–Gram Panchayat imposed a penalty of Rs. 1,000/- for encroachment and Rs. 50/- per day on continuous possession of the petitioner over the land–As per provisions of Sec. 62, penalty of Rs. 200/- and Rs. 10/- per day for continuous breach can be imposed–Order modified accordingly.
