Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 127–Order of enhancement in maintenance–Sustainability–Presently, the petitioner is under the obligation to maintain his second wife and parents–He paid the permanent alimony of Rs, 6,50,000/- to respondent-wife as full and final settlement–It does not seem justifiable to allow the respondent-wife to further raise the question of enhancement in maintenance–Impugned order is quashed and set aside.
