ornaments and clothes for the girl–Allegation of demand of dowry is not made out–In-laws of deceased spent certain amount for treatment of her illness–No complaint was made for subjecting the deceased to maltreatment by appellant
and his family–Parental family of deceased tried to hide the fact of illness of deceased–Possibility of strained relations between the pair because the deceased was beautiful whereas the appellant is of dark complexion–The case at best travels within the perview of instigation meted out by appellant for committing the suicide–Conviction u/ss. 302 & 304-B is liable to be altered u/s. 306.
