Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 202–Direction of further inquiry to concerned SHO–Sustainability–Statements of the complainant were recorded u/s. 200 and, thereafter, on the next date, statements of his witnesses were recorded u/s. 202–A Magistrate can direct for further inquiry after recording the statements of the complainant and his witnesses u/s. 200–However, after recording the statements u/s. 202, no further inquiry can be ordered u/s. 202–Impugned order is absolutely illegal and deserves to be quashed and set aside.
