Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 306–Framing of charge for the offence–Legal aspects–Trial Court is to consider whether the abettor intentionally instigated or aided the commission of suicide–Act must fall in any of three categories as enumerated u/s. 107 IPC–It is necessary to prove that the said accused instigated the person to commit suicide or engaged himself with one or more other persons in any conspiracy for seeing that the deceased committed suicide.
