Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Order of keeping status quo in regard to land–Appreciation of–Suit for injunction–Prima facie conclusion of Trial Court that the comprative measurements of the land purchased by the plaintiff and the measurments of the patta issued in favour of R from whom the appellant-defendant had purchased the land, were not matching and this fact was required to be examined–This Court is of opinion that a revocation of the temporary injunction so granted in the present case, may amount to changing the dimensions/measurements of the land in question which would render the suit infructuous–Interference declined.
