Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 30 & Order 8, Rule 1(3)–Application for production of the key of the lock of the premises which was admitted to be in possession–Rejection of–Suit for injunction with the claim of damage –The admission is not clear whether the possession sought to be proved by the plaintiff claiming that he is in possession of the key of the lock, which is allegedly attached to the gate of the disputed property, was holding on the date of filing the suit or not–Further, the fact pleaded by the plaintiff is to be proved by him and defendant cannot enter into the issue and ask–Furthermore, the key is not necessary for the disposal of the suit–Interference declined.
