Rajasthan (Prevention of Anti Social Activities) Act, 2006–Sec. 3–Order of detention–Justification–Order was passed on the ground of cases pertaining to the years 2004, 2006 to 2009 & 2013–These cases have no direct proximity with the order passed in year 2015–Advisory Board also not considered this aspect that the detenue was acquitted or the compromise had been arrived in most of cases out of 26 cases–Order of detention deserves to be quashed.
