Rajasthan (Prevention of Anti Social Activities) Act, 2006–Sec. 2(f) r/w. 2(g)–Scope–A solitary case registered under the provisions of N.D.P.S Act would not entitle the respondent for reaching to the conclusion that the accused is a drug offender as defined in Sec. 2(f) r/w 2(g) of Act.
