Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 151–Respondent no. 4 was permitted to file the additional affidavit in his examination-in-chief by allowing the application u/s. 151–Appreciation of–Earlier, his application under Order 8, Rule 1A(3) was allowed, and certain documents were taken on record–It was in the interest of justice to permit the respondent to exhibit them as these were necessary for just and effective disposal of the controversy involved in the matter–Held, no reason is found for interference in the impugned order.
