Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420 & 193–FIR for the offence–Allegation up to effect that the petitioner procured a forged bonafide resident certificate and purchased the land–Petitioner purchased the land after paying the due consideration to land-owners i.e. to the complainants–Neither they were induced nor they were put in any loss–Case of cheating with anyone is not made out–Further, the prosecution u/s. 193 could have been initiated by the public servant only–FIR is liable to be quashed.
