Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 20(3)–Demand of document by investigation officer which is in custody of Court–Whether it contravenes the fundamental rights conferred under Art. 20(3) ?–Held, no–Because, after the document has been produced in the Court, accused has lost the possession and control over it and now it is in custody of the Court.
