Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 311–Scope–Powers under the Section are unbridled in the circumstance where the Court derives that the cross-examination of witness is necessary–For the mistake on part of the lawyer, the party should not be penalized particularly, if the mistake is bona fide–Application deserves to be allowed.
