Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Secs. 92 & 73–Land of charagah was wrongly entered as abadi land and it was allotted to certain persons without constituting the Gram Sabha–Remand of matter by RAA to pass a fresh order after providing the opportunity of hearing –Cancellation of allotments after making the correction in revenue record–Held, no interference is warranted in the impugned order.
