Sec. 151–Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 6–Application by the subsequent purchaser for impleading as the party–Suit for possession–Patta issued in favour of the plaintiff has been cancelled–When the property was transferred by the plaintiff in favour of the applicant, he was neither in possession nor was having any title–Further, the subsequent patta issued in favour of respondents has not been questioned by the applicant–Mere transfer of a right to sue–Not permissible u/s 6 of T.P. Act–Application deserves to be dismissed.
