Wakf Act, 1995–Rajasthan Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1964–Sec. 10-A–Decree of eviction–Suit property is belonging to wakf–Though such objection was never raised before trial Court or first appellate Court, yet the question of jurisdiction can be raised at any stage of proceedings–Bar of jurisdiction of civil Court in view of provisions of Sec. 10–Decree is beyond jurisdiction and deserves to be set aside.
