Medical Jurisprudence–Gun shots–Distance of firing–Wounds noticed on the body of victims were having blackening associated with collar like abrasions–It can be safely concluded that they must have been fired from a distance of within ten feet–Prosecution witnesses gave a totally contrary story alleging that the gun shots were fired from 30-35 ft. and 28-30 ft.–Ocular evidence is at total variance from the medical evidence and the contradiction is so stark that the same cannot be reconciled.
