Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 21(c)–Conviction–Establishment–Contraband was recovered from the car of S–Search was made in presence of two independent witnesses–Though one witness turned hostile but the testimony of other independent witness was found consistent–S was the regd. owner of the car–Seals of samples were found untampered –Prosecution abled to discharge the onus cast upon it to prove the foundational facts–Appellant failed to make out a case for acquittal.
