Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 438–Anticipatory bail was granted to petitioner subject to condition of surrendering before trial at the time of filing challan–Petitioner is apprehended that he will be arrested and will be sent to judicial custody at the time of surrender–Held, trial Court is directed to grant 15 days time to petitioner from the date of filing of the challan to surrender and more the regular bail.
