Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 82–Cancellation of khatedari rights by allowing the reference–Land in question belongs to the Johad Paytan, which is not only a common land but also a prohibited land–Neither the allotment can be made nor the limitation can defect the status of the land–The record as entered earlier, does not create any right in favour of the petitioner because it was wrongly entered–BOR rightly allowed the reference.
