Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989–Secs. 14A(2), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va)–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 323, 341 & 34–Rejection of bail application–As per the para no. 3 of impugned order, crime scene was captured in a mobile phone wherein presence of appellant was not shown–It is revealed that the amount of Rs. 20,000/- was due against the accused D & B–It was the sole cause of the crime–Bail granted subject to certain conditions.
