Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 52 A–Taking of samples–Procedure–Recovery of 53 bags of contraband–These 53 bags were divided into a total 7 of lots by the seizure officer and these lots were marked from lot A to lot G–Mixed samples from each lot were drawn by the seizure officer–According to law, a total 53 samples of contraband were required to be taken from all the bags recovered–Prima facie infirmity in the manner in which the samples have been drawn.
