Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498-A & 406–FIR for the offence–Sustainability–Complainant failed to mention the date as to when she was thrown out from the matrimonial home–Respondent no. 2 was not present in the divorce proceedings and ex-parte decree was passed against her–FIR is malafide, and it was lodged to harass and humiliate the petitioners–Quashed.
