Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 299–Petitioner was declared absconder and a permanent arrest warrant was issued–He is ready and willing to surrender before the trial Court and apply for bail–Held, arrest warrant shall be kept in abeyance for three weeks to enable the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and apply for the bail.
