Constitution of India, 1950–Art. 20(3)–Police case and a complaint case was registered for the same incident–Objection of the appellant that he was a witness in the police case and accused in complaint case hence he could not be examined in police case because of having guaranteed protection under Article 20(3)–Whether the plea is acceptable?–Held, no–However, he can refuse to answer such questions which tends to him incriminating.
