Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction–Sanction granted and draft to grant the sanction are ad verbatim–Request of ACB to grant the prosecution sanction was reallowed without any application of mind–It is contrary to the requirement and object of Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction quashed and set aside with the liberty to consider the matter afresh.
