Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Divorce petition–Dismissal of–No plausible reason has been given by the wife for recording two different dates of birth as a result of which an adverse inference is drawn against her–Husband and her family members received threatening calls, for which he lodged the FIR–Wife lodged the FIR u/ss. 420 & 498-A–Subsequently, she improved her version and levelled the allegation for the offence u/s. 354 against her brother-in-law–Order of taking cognizance in this case was set aside by the Revisional Court and it attained finality–Both the parties lived together for only two weeks and have been living separately since 2015–Held, application u/s. 13 deserves to be allowed.
