Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 304-B–Conviction–Sustainability–Prosecution failed to prove that the dowry demand was made by the accused either at the time of marriage or subsequently–Erroneous reliance was placed on the socalled letters–Ex. ka. 3 was created for the purpose of falsely implicating the accused–Held, the appellant is entitled to be acquitted.
