Rajasthan Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2009–Secs. 3 & 9 –Arya Marriage Validation Act, 1937–Sec. 2–Special appeal against the direction issued by the Single Bench for registration of marriage–Respondent nos. 4 & 5 being major solemnized their marriage at Merti Gate Arya Samaj as per Arya Samaj Vadic rites and rituals–Plea that the Circular dated 05.03.2014, issued by State Govt. should be complied–Acceptability–When the competency of the parties to enter into a legal wedlock is not disputed and they jointly sought registration, questioning the validity of the marriage solely on the ground of non-fulfilment of registration requirements would not be appropriate–Interference declined.
