Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Acrimonious relations between the parties for last eight years–Multiple legal proceedings are pending–What remains is only the terms on which the parties could go their separate ways to live their lives independently without the yoke of troubled marriage–The terms of the settlement agreed upon do justice to the estranged wife and do not unduly burden the husband–Appellant has agreed to pay up the entire maintenance charges as on date–By exercising the powers under Art. 142, marriage deserves to be dissolved subject to certain conditions.
