Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376(2), 313 & 420–FIR for the offence–Allegation that the accused did not perform marriage with complainant whereas he had developed the physical relations with the complainant–No allegation up to effect that he was not having intention to marry with the complainant since the beginning–Earlier, the marriage was fixed but his parents refused for it–No case of making false promise of marriage with the intention of satisfying the lust–Complainant did not inform her parents about her pregnancy and its termination–No offence is made out from the allegations–FIR deserves to be quashed.
