Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 47–Scope–All questions arising between the decree-holder and the judgment-debtor relating to execution, discharge or satisfaction of the decree must be decided by the Executing Court–This includes objections that the decree is inherently vague or incapable of execution–Although Executing Court cannot go behind the decree, yet it can examine whether the decree is a nullity or incapable of execution due to inherent defects or even vagueness.
