Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 109–Scope–Rights of lessor’s transferee–After the transfer of lessor’s rights in favour of transferee, the latter gets all rights and liabilities of the lessor in respect of subsisting tenancy–Section does not insist that the transfer will take effect only when the tenant attorns–A notice u/s. 106 in terms of the old terms of lease by the transferor land-lord would be proper and so also the suit for ejectment.
