Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 224–Decree of revenue suit&Re-mand of case of RAA–Appreciation of–Service upon the concerned parties was not duly effected–Findings recorded by RAA & BOR that the judgment rendered without proper service upon the parties cannot be sustained in the eyes of law and stand vitiated for being violation of principle of natural justice are found to be justified and legally tenable–Further, the petitioner was given the opportunity to raise the objection before the Trial Court–Held, no case is made out for interference.
