Hindu Mariage Act, 1955–Sec. 13B–Prayer for granting the exemption from the six months time period as provided in Sec. 13B–Rejection of–Parties are living separately since last ten years–They genuinely made an attempt to settle their differences including alimony, pending issues etc.–The waiting period will only prolong their agony–Waiving of the statutory period would be in the interest of justice–Directed accordingly.
