the khatedari rights–BOR set aside the decree in reference–No documentary evidence to show that the petitioner was in continuous possession of the land prior to coming into force of Act of 1955–It is not even the case that the petitioner was in possession or he was admitted as tenant or sub tenant or khudkast tenant–Held, no case is made out for interference.
