Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Cruelty–Scope–Unwarranted and unjustified denial of co-habitation by any of spouses thus having regard to the mental state and level of sensitivity of the other spouse may result in intolerable pain and anguish resulting in cruelty.
