Allowed by RAA–Appreciation of–Trial Corut discussed on the evidence after framing the issues and found that the plaintiffs were not entitled for declaration– No reason was recorded by trial Court for arriving on conclusion–RAA found that there was an error on part of revenue authorities in not making the entires appropriately and he decreed the suit–Concurrent findings of RAA as well as BOR–Interference declined.
