Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 207–Scope–Once the allegations made in the plaint seek to make out a case that the transaction in sale deed pertaining to agricultural land, which is sought to be questioned, is void, the jurisdiction lies with the revenue Court and the jurisdiction of the civil Court would be barred u/s. 207 of the Act.
