Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987–Sec. 22-C–Insurance claim–Rep-udiation–Award by the Permanent Lok Adalat–Plea of appellant-Insurance Company that the Permanent Lok Adalat ignored the conciliation proceedings prior to adjudication on merits–Acceptability–Petitioner failed to demonstrate any material in support of plea–It is not the case of the petitioner that such an objection was raised before the Permanent Lok Adalat–Now, he cannot be allowed to raise such contention before this Court–Further, merely because the conciliation proceedings are not elaborately recorded in the impugned order, would not, by itself, vitiate the proceedings–Permanent Lok Adalat rightly concluded the report insufficient and inconclusive to establish that the vehicle was driven by an unauthorised person–In absence of any cogent material to substantiate breach of any policy conditions, the repudiation of the claim has rightly been held to be unjustified–Interference declined.
