Code of Civil Procedure,1908–Order 37, Rule 4–Scope–Power enshrined in the provision has to be exercised only in special circumstanes–No special circumstance is present in the instant case–The procedure prescribed under Order 37 was adhered to and the appellant’s lawyer had given the registered address for sending summons on the said address–Held, no case is made out for interference.
