Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 43, Rule 1 & Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–The Scope of interference in an appeal under Order 43 against an interlocutory injunction is extremely limited, and the Appellate Court is expected to exercise such jurisdiction with great care and circumspection.
