Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 76–BOR, without providing proper information to the petitioner and without there being any proof of notice being served upon him, heard and finally decided the matter–The approach adopted by the BOR is quite shocking and unusual–Impugned order quashed and set aside and matter remanded back for hearing afresh.
