Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21, Rules 5 & 6 & Sec. 39–Order of attachment of machine–Execution Court passed the order of attachment of property situated in another State, even it didnot have the jurisdiction–It was under an obligation to pass an order of transfer in accordance with Sec. 39 & Order 21, Rules 5 & 6 but was not competent to pass any order under Order 21, Rule 32.
