Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 12–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21–Respondent nos. 1 to 8 were held jointly and severally liable for refund of the advance money of Rs. 40,000/- within three months–Appeal filed by the appellant was dismissed by the High Court–Respondent nos. 1 to 8 filed the application before the Execution Court for enlarging the period of three months–Allowed–Revision against–Dismissed–Instant appeal–Plea of appellants as regards to committing delay cannot be accepted because the original decree was passed on 01.08.1996–Revision remained pending and ultimately it was disposed by the common order dt. 13.12.2001–Execution petition can not be treated beyond the period of 12 years.
