Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 482 [Corresponding Sec. 528 of BNSS, 2023]–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B–Second petition for quashing the FIR on the same grounds–Contention of petitioners that in the earlier petition, their representation was directed to be decided but no action was taken in pursuance of the earlier order–Further, the civil dispute is involved in the matter–As per status report, the investigation was done from time to time and no civil suit has been filed by the complainants against the petitioners–Further, order of stay is existed in the writ petition filed before this Court–It cannot be said that the Investigation Agency has denied to consider the representation of the petitioners–Furthermore, there is no change in the circumstances of case for which the second petition could have been filed–Interference declined.
