Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 38(4)–Suspension of elected member on the ground of allegation of financial irregularities–Petitioner has been placed under the suspension only on account of issuance of charge-sheet based on preliminary enquiry report–Respondents have not recorded any satisfaction as warranted by the procedure law–It would be just and proper to stay the operation of impunged order till disposal of the writ petition.
